Interview
First I had an On-Campus interview (1 hour, regarding my college projects, internships, motivation to join SanDisk), then 2 phone interviews (1 with HR, 1 with Manager), finally an on-site interview day (12x 1/2 hr interviews with group managers).

It's a brief 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. There is no technical questions. We first talked about the position and what kind of modeling/roles will be expected from this position. Then I introduced myself and described previous projects I have worked on. It was a nice talk but apparently the company is looking for a full-time, but I am looking for an intern position.

The interviews were not very technical, but I had to know perfectly how to describe the projects I did, what algorithm I used. I said almost the same thing again and again, because the 5 interviews were not very different.
