Initially interview conducted by District Manager after filtering of CV they forwarded to HR conducted academic test and Verbal interview,Discussed about Strength,Opportunities,Weakness and strength

Initially I dropped my resume at Sales office of Sanofi. After getting shortlisted among other candidates I was being interviewed by the two front line District Managers, then after few days HR called me for final interview. In final interview concern persons from HR department, Sales Department and Marketing Department were present. It was a panel of 4 people. They asked about my family background, my education, my internships, my previous work experiences and why I want to join Sanofi. They observed my body language and my communication skills too. They asked about the salary I expect and negotiate regarding it. Finally interview was closed on a comment that if I'll get a job HR would call me.
