- First step I recorded myself through Sanofi Website where I had to answer several question about my motivation and previous experience. - Second step, HR contacted me (2 or 3 weeks after) to ask my availability and schedule for a meeting with the manager, then we exchange emails to confirm the meeting. - Third step, the meeting with managers went fine, they presented the company, jobs and team. They asked questions about my motivation and experience and I asked questions about the job. It last 1h. They told me they will contacted me within a week for the next step. -A week after no news so I asked the HR, no update, the week after I followed-up twice or three times, now reply from the HR. Very disappointed, even after those 3 steps and 2 months in the process, I expected at least to get an answer from the HR but nothing.

Resume screening, then video session during which you need to answers typicall questions (introduce yourself, tell me about a time you led a global team, a time you did fail and what you learnt...), interview with Manager and final Panel interview
