Interview
There was an on-campus interview conducted by two separate hiring managers looking for R&D interns for Genzyme despite the fact that the application was for all summer intern positions at Sanofi. The interview itself took 30 minutes and was followed by a debrief from the director of university recruiting.
Long, and unorganized. HR does not give any idea about interview. Any question asked not answered. 30 min interview went over an hour. Around 4 interviews, all focused on technical skills

very disorganized. 1 screening, then individual interviews with all the teammates. All technical questions; implement some basic ML algorithm, basic ML questions all over the place. Not interested in your project
