-Very conversational, friendly, insightful and a bit technical enough to judge you for the role. Focus on STAR method and connect about your experiences with some leadership principles, you are all set for the job offer. Interview consist of 2 Technical + Behavioural round and one 2 hour round which includes an assessment and discussion around it.

- Although you do not tick all green boxes for this job so you have to convince me that you are a good fit. (this question was asked before the assessment, I think I did good with the PPT and fairly enough with the asessment part).

Interview
The interview process was smooth and quick. There were no hiccups and the HR was quick to schedule the meetings. They also sent in the offer pretty quickly once the selection process was done.
