I had two rounds of interview (virtual and in person). The interview was easy and related to the role. I found the psychometric test to be hard. Tell us about yourself, why you think you are a great fit for the role. What can your former colleagues say about you. Outside of work what do you enjoy doing. And finance related questions (but the easy staff not hectic one)

saryx being an engineering and software solution company the interview for a junior developer was technical assessing your understanding of software development and your communication skills. Ensure you can show you are an analytical thinker and a problem solver. The people who handled the interview were very friendly and explained more about their company and what candidate they were looking for.
