The process was smooth, the recruiter kept the engagement high and was able to create a personal relationship quickly. Unfortunately the process is a bit long and it might be disappointing for both candidates and the company when it isn't successful. But besides that it's been very rewarding experience also because the questions are taken from company use cases. The long process has advantages as well, for example you have many chances to meet different person on the team and ask many questions.
