Tell me about your resume They go over your resume and ask questions Tell me about a time where you made a difficult decision Tell me about a time you made an improvement on cost
Initial HR phone screen. Then goes to group of directors individually interview over the phone or in person. Set questions were asked from predetermined script. That then goes to hiring manager.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online, got a call about a month later to set up a time for an interview, had a first round phone interview that lasted about 40 minutes. In between the phone calls, I received an email outlining the topics of discussion and a link to a promotional video.
