Personalities of other team members were bright. You can, however, tell that the CEO wants exceedingly high performance out of the gate, with no training, no guarantees in job safety. It's almost assumed you'll be on a short leash. I came to Glassdoor after this second interview and after reading some of the glassdoor reviews here it seems like status quo. I also noticed rolling eyes at some of my answers and sometimes cut off other members. I won't even field another call after witnessing this.
