Easy and down to the point. Spoke to hiring manager, then sales person and then had the final interview with SLT. I was offered the position and was able to negotiate for a little more.

I had 2 phone screens and 1 in person interview. Process took about 3 weeks only because of poor communication from the company. The overall experience visiting the company was pleasant. Communication wise, it was horrible. After my in-person interview, I stop hearing back from the company. I sent 3 emails following up an thanking them for their time with no response. Finally I reach out to the recruiter that initially I had my 1st phone screen with, and they responded saying "We decided to not hire for the position". Thanks for the big waste of time.
