I went through 3 rounds of interview, spoke with the hiring manager first, then upper management together with a team member in the second round. Got to the 3 round as a technical assessment, which probable makes more sense to be done at the beginning to save everyone's time. They NEVER get back to me about the result after the last round, which is very disappointing given all the effort that has been put into it.
