Scripted Digital Content Strategist interview questions

I interviewed for a Digital Content Strategist role, and then midway through the interview process it changed to an Account Manager role. When I brought up salary requirements, since it hadn't been brought up in the first interview, it was mentioned I'd be working for commissions with a base salary that was way too low and below market value. This is the definition of a red flag.
