My recent recruitment journey with SearchMax for the part-time SEO Specialist position started positively with engaging interviews and a promising offer. Unfortunately, the latter part of the experience has left me with a sense of disappointment. Upon promptly accepting the offer and submitting the necessary documentation, I anticipated further communication or onboarding instructions. Regrettably, no communication ensued. The lack of follow-up post-acceptance has left me in a state of uncertainty, which is disheartening. I share this feedback with the hope that it prompts improvements in communication practices, ensuring a more transparent and positive experience for future candidates
