The interview panel consists of one human resource manager and two hiring managers, focusing exclusively on technical questions regarding maritime infrastructure design, past professional experience, and commercialization aspects, ensuring a thorough evaluation of expertise and practical application in the field.
Online interview, I was asked general questions about my skills, previous roles, education etc. I was asked to demonstrate an example of people managing skills done in a practical sense.
