I got a phone interview the day after applied a week later I got a second interview. Thought I was top candidate. Then 3 weeks of radio silence just to get a call saying I was not selected for the position. I had a very positive interview with the people that work for Securitas. Highly recommend this company if you can get in. Sounds like a great company!

Zoom interview was performed with the recruiter. Was a good interaction and was told I would hear back from the company within 24-48 hours regarding my status. Did not hear anything at all. Seems to be a common practice with this organization.
