Sedron Technologies interview questions

It's 3-4 rounds of interviews. I got invited on site and then after that still had a virtual interview with a VP. In the end I didn't end up getting the job but I think it shows that they take time and thought in selecting their candidates.

Got an email from the so called Chief People Officer for Teams interview. Basic text book style questions, tell me about yourself, strength/weakness etc. She was smiling and taking notes. It all looked positive to me. In the end I asked about the next steps, and she said that I will hear on the "next steps" within a week. Never heard back. It reflects on sheer lack of professionalism and mediocre ways of hiring. This was the Chief People Office interviewing a candidate for a senior position. Though it was waste of 30 mins of my life, I am glad not be a part of such an unprofessional company. Good riddance is all I can say!
