I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Seiler Tucker (New Orleans, LA) in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied for a different position, but my resume must’ve seemed appealing to the recruiters for the transaction facilitator position. They set up a last minute interview with the CEO, and she is hands down the worst person I have ever interviewed with. The email said I would be learning about this position I did not even apply for in this meeting, but I did not learn a single thing. I was immediately insulted by the CEO saying I was not a fit for the position. We had not even talked about my experience or skills. She decided to waste both of our times and continue the interview anyway despite telling me how valuable her time is. The only reason I stayed was to see where she was taking it, but she seemed just as confused as me. The marketing/recruiting team is just as useless as the CEO. Judging by the other reviews on here it seems I dodged a bullet. Do yourself a favor and don’t entertain an interview with these people. I’m surprised she gets any business with the way she conducts herself.
You must take an online skills assessment before the interview (during the application process) then a 1 on 1 interview mainly about behavioral questions. Took a while between the assessment and the interview
