There was a short screening technical call followed by a practical coding interview. There were various .net questions in the first one (oop, boxing, file handling, etc) and in the practical one a exercise with discussions about it. The whole process seemed proffesional and in the follow-up discussion they were transparent with details about what the role implies: technologies, oportunities, future plans, etc.
