This happened not once, but twice. It's understandable that conflicts arise, but frequent last-minute changes can come across as a lack of respect for candidates' time. 2. **Lack of Follow-Up**: After two cancellations, there has been no follow-up to try and reschedule. This lack of transparency and communication has left me in the dark. 3. **Misalignment between HR and Hiring Managers**: It became evident that there's a disconnect between HR and the hiring managers. Such misalignment can lead to a disjointed and inefficient hiring process. 4. **Extensive Interview Rounds**: While it's essential to thoroughly vet candidates, expecting someone to undergo four interviews without a streamlined and respectful process can be excessive. In conclusion, while I was eager to join Sensorium Therapeutics, the hiring process has unfortunately left a sour taste.
