There were multiple rounds. This included a telephone screening, followed by Teams interview, followed by a meet the team. There were also some questions that were answered over email. From first point of contact to final interview the process lasted about two months.

The 1st stage was good, with lots of contact and confirming details - who was meeting, what to expect, role description, etc. Then nothing. No feedback, just silence. I assumed they had gone with another candidate but would have been good to understand why
