I was contacted by a Mandrill Tech recruiter on LinkedIn and then received a call from their HR department, who scheduled an MS Teams interview for their sister company, ServeDeck. After about a month and a half, I was invited to a second interview, which was held in person. The interview process itself was pleasant, and I was informed that I would receive an update within a week. However, after two follow-ups with the HR representative, I received no communication regarding the outcome of my application. I believe that providing feedback to candidates, regardless of the outcome, is a professional courtesy and a valuable learning opportunity for both parties.
