There are five steps in the interview process - a phone screen with a recruiter, an interview with a recruiter, a ride-along with employees of the office being applied for, an interview with the office's regional manager, and three interviews (via Skype or similar) with three separate employees in the corporate office (production, sales, and purchasing). It is a very involved process and is designed to measure your personality and skills via every angle.
