I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed over the phone and then 2 in person interviews. The first in person interview was with three hiring managers in that department. The final interview was meeting with director of department. I was told there are 6 steps to their interview process, which is quite long.

Pretty in depth. 6 steps with a ride along to give a feel for the role. Also a panel interview with current SDRs to ask questions. Final interview with leaders to understand potential for growth.

Interview
The interview process is very extensive, but it ensures a great company/culture fit for the interviewee and SEI. Two phone interviews, two rounds (with two people each time) of in-person interviews, and one "ride-along" for two hours where you sit with someone who has the position to determine if you really want the job. Gives very honest and accurate depiction of the position and the company.
