The interview process was long, but after going through it I see why it has to be. SEI has some of the best people I have ever met. I truly believe that SEI has some how found a way to find the best people out of millions in this world. The first call was very pleasant. I could hear the smile on the recruiters face the moment i answered my phone. She was very easy to talk to, and kept a great flow of conversation. I was nervous, but her smile was infectious, and left me with one from ear to ear.
