ServiceNow Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of two main stages. The first was an initial online assessment (OA) used as a screening round. Candidates who cleared this stage were invited for an on-campus 2-hour assessment round. This round included one prompt engineering question, one DSA problem, one MCQ based on core computer science fundamentals, and one SQL query. The process mainly evaluated problem-solving skills, database knowledge, and understanding of fundamental concepts.

Applied online, had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a video call with the hiring manager who said my skills aligned well with what they were looking for. Heard nothing for months, only to receive an automatic rejection while watching the same job being reposted over and over again. Ghosting candidates and wasting their time is unprofessional. Expected better from a company with such high ratings.
