I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sevenist (Southampton, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview itself wasn't difficult. The hiring process was a bit lengthy once it got to the second phase. The full day with the team covered a large amount of information, and the amount of questions I asked determined my interest in the role.

Interview
Very bizarre, emailed me from a different company name at 10pm asking me to come in for an interview at 1pm the next day.
Refused to disclose the salary band unless I turned up for an interview.
Constant text messages to book an interview.
The ‘process’ was suddenly closed within 10 minutes of me asking again what the salary was.
All very strange and slightly dodgy.

Interview
Interview process is very quick, however they do not tell you the truth, they lure you into believing you are doing something great but really all you do is door-to-door selling to customers. The programme they are saying , management trainee sounds great but not until you find out you're something completely different than being a marketing assistant.
