Sharestates interview questions

Good. Different type of interview then expected, but good overall. Interesting process as well. Questions were very different then I have heard in an interview before. Felt like the questions were good.

They called me up and we spoke for about 20 minutes. HR asked the usual questions. A few days later they sent a note saying they wanted me to come in for an interview. We picked a date and all was arranged. they then asked me to fill out a 5 page application, and some additional paperwork. They also wanted me to prepare a short presentation on how I would develop the business over the next 120 days. They even sent me a note on how to dress for their interview process. The day before the interview at 6pm HR sent a note saying the filled the role and they were cancelling the interview. I had re-arranged my schedules to be available for the meeting first thing the following morning. So very rude.
