The Sharetea interview process started with me submitting my application, followed by a brief screening where they checked my availability, preferred outlet, and work schedule. I then attended a short and casual interview, either on-site or online, where the interviewer asked me about my interest in working at Sharetea, my customer service attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and public holidays. After the interview, I was informed of the result and, upon selection, proceeded with basic training before starting the job.

The interview with the shop owner was easy and quick. The atmosphere was very relaxed and casual. There was no need to overdress; wearing clean, neat, and presentable clothing was perfectly fine.
