Interview
There was one telephonic interview and I was called in for in person interview. Before I went for the interview in person, I had to complete an assignment about a particular website and point out all the issues, and how I will go about testing.

Interview
This company seems to be good. The work they are doing is supposed to be good in online space. I applied online after seeing the job description in a jobsite.
The company is located in a residential area.
I was called by on HR person and interviewed of phone. Basic details were collected. Since my earlier job was contract, salary level was more. I understood for my 3 years experience they are paying low, even compared to small companies.
First there was written test in Java. I must have scored mostly right - with 30 questions.
Then 2 people interviewed me. They looked juniors, but they were asking tough questions and mostly interested in the design experience of the earlier company. I hope I answered well. One guy commented about me wearing tie to interview!
After 1 week I was called again to interview with an Architect. Most of the answers I gave was right. Spent 50 minutes.
Then I collected the offer.
