Pleasant interview . 1:1. Be focused and certainly you will succeed. Tell them about your background, your qualities and aspirations. Study about the company and show a reasonable knowledge about shaw.
Found out about the position through a hiring firm but the process was quick. They do mass hiring for this roll. Everyone is booked in for the same day, big conference room get together to loosen up then everyone gets a 1 on 1 interview with 3 seperate managers. You go home and the hiring agency calls you usually end of that same day with news. It was efficient.

team interview then one on one interview. the group part you had to talk as a group and get judged you then get picked out to qualify for one on one interviews which lasts about 30 minutes
