Interview
There was a preliminary interview with HR team after application, an assessment and then an interview with the head of socials. The final stage is an interview with the founder, but I dropped our of this because I already accepted another role.

Questions were moestly about experience and capacity. What can you really do as a social media manager, can you take ownership of the role and they don't want someone handheld all through. They will teach you, provide learning resources, with hopes that you can soar in the role on your own and with the team.
