Interview
I recently went through the interview process with ShipIn, and I must say it was professional.
From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I always knew exactly where I stood in the process and what the next steps were, which made a huge difference in my experience as a candidate.
What I appreciated most was the feeling that I was given a genuine opportunity to showcase my skills. The interviewers were professional, prepared, and focused on finding a real fit. It’s clear that the company values its people and respects the candidates' time.
