Application, drug test, personality test that mainly asks questions to determine if you are at high risk for theft. The drug test took about a week to come back and then I got a call with an offer.

Asked what I was looking for. Explained the job and what they was looking for. Very straight forward with how the company works and what they expect. Very polite. I missed the first interview and the district manager actually called me to make sure everything was ok when I didn't show up.

Sometimes you'll get an interview on the spot, it kind of depends on what kind of mood the manager is in and what kind of manager you have. It's an easy interview probably about 10-15 minutes. They have a sheet of questions they're supposed to ask, but we never really used it. Just the basics: Tell me about yourself, what are your plans for the future, why do you think you would be a good fit for this job, when are you available..standard questions.
