The first part of your interview, the Life Story session, is mainly to give us both a chance to get to know each other. We want to know more about what drives you and what you are passionate about, and you can ask any questions you like about life at Shopify.
The technical part of the interview can be tough at times; it is created to be a stress test of sorts. With the Support Advisor role, you'll be often chatting to more than one merchant at a time, plus you'll have to keep in contact with your own team throughout the day. So the technical interview is a role-play of what your workflow will be like!
