Interview
The interview lasted for about half an hour, and they did not ask any of the traditional interview questions. It was very casual, the whole thing was virtual. I was told it was a phone interview, but I was immediately asked to turn on my camera so it became a video interview.

I was asked to pick a previous role I had worked in, and we discussed this in detail for the entire interview

Technical + life story - two interviews one where you describe stuff about yourself and then a skill testing technical interview with chats and phones to test what you'd be doing in the role
Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
