In addition to that the process since to be different for everyone based on different processes depending on their bandwidth and not the position that you are applying for. Is easy to end up in a recruitment process that is not related to what you are applying and yet they make you lose your time. So overall really disorganized process, I'm not surprised that their stocks are not performing.
