It is more of a conversation than an interview. All of the questions are pretty basic. As long as you can show that you are friendly, personable, and competent, you shouldn't have a problem. Sidecar expects hardwork and excellent customer service from their employees.

Interview
Very Easy, applied online and received an email the same date with an interview date for 4 days later.
It was a group interview with the GM and two other applicants. We went around as he asked us about 3 questions each.
