I had three interviews over the course of two weeks. The sense I got was that they were not too picky with their hiring, and that they needed to ramp up AEs quickly.

Basic questions regarding knowledge of the payments sub-industry, and contacts at major companies.
Multiple rounds with various stakeholders in the company. They move pretty quickly and everyone is very nice. They will answer all of your questions honestly and are very good at follow up.

They asked how I felt about and embodied Sifts Core Values.
Very smooth process. I was kept in the loop about my status the entire time and was given ample opportunity to ask questions and learn about the company. I met with a wide range of people, and really felt like I was given a fair evaluation.
