Recruiter screen, followed by 30 min phone call with 2 of the team, then a take home task that they suggested spending 4-5 hours on. People there seemed really nice when chatting to them, but the take home task was a bit long based on a prior 30 min conversation. They also took a while getting back to me for each stage, and feedback on the take home task was only half a sentence long (and vague). Since I'd put so much time/effort into the task, I thought they could have been more constructive.
