Signature Global interview questions

My interview experience with Signature Global started positively, as I received a confirmation call regarding my selection and was asked to bring documents for the onboarding process. However, on the joining date, the company seemed unsure and informed me that they were still comparing candidates through a calling activity before making the final decision. I found the process quite unprofessional and confusing, especially after onboarding discussions had already taken place. Candidates deserve clear communication and transparency before being asked to join or submit documents.
