My interview experience was highly unprofessional. The HR contacted me via WhatsApp instead of sending a formal email, which set a poor tone from the start. The interview itself was chaotic—multiple interviewers showed up without introducing themselves, and the questions asked were often unrelated to the role.
I was surprised by the lack of respect for my work and experience, with some comments bordering on insults. When I asked about employee benefits, the vague response was, "You will get a medical card," offering no real insight into their offerings.
Based on this experience, the company's culture felt toxic and unwelcoming. I would not recommend considering opportunities here.
