Invited for face-to-face interview. Was okay, a lot of in depth questions where my experience was directly related to, however I had a lot of transferable skills but they didn't seem interested in that. They wanted someone that had the exact experience they wanted, didn't seem interested in what I had to offer or if my personality was a fit. I didn't feel I was right for what they were looking for and it was clear when they didn't even bother to contact me with an outcome of the interview.
