Sim Local Stock Controller interview questions

I would be aware of applying for any job application with this organisation as they simply do not respect the candidates who apply for a job application. I completed an initial phone call, first round interview and second round interview, I was awarded and organised a 3rd and final round. The very next day I recieved an email to be told the director has interviewed a candidate and given them the job on the spot. I am understanding of this in the early process of selecting candidates but when you have given time and effort to earn that final round interview and they simply give it away before allowing you to attend the given time slot. Hugely disrespectful of candidates time.
