Simple Fractal interview questions

After answering an initial form, I picked my own time for a 24-hour take-home assignment. After this were two additional interviews. I don't know what else. I haven't gotten that far.

I was given a 24-hour take-home assignment that involved creating a simple React app. Unfortunately, I did not make it into the next round due to some errors I committed in the take-home assignment. The person that graded my assignment gave me a breakdown about where exactly I fell short and where I did a good job. This feedback was perhaps what made it the best rejection I have ever received because I knew exactly why I didn't move forward. This kind of shows leadership.
