Worst ever experience with Santosh kumar poddar (CFO) of the company🙉. I cleared 1st round with manager finance and shortlisted for 2nd round of interview with Mr.Santosh and the technical round went well 👍 but
1. coming to salary part 💰 I remember his words 🗣️ *Without any other offer in hand 👏 you should be able to join for less CTC than what you are working (with harsh words)
2. I supported my expectations with the benefits I compromised with MNC then his words would be *MNC will provide those benefits because they are ought to provide*
See the discussion is we are supporting our negotiation by requesting 30-35% hike in our last drawn CTC
If he is not willing to take a MNC candidate and offer less CTC than what we are drawing 🙌 what is the intention to call me for 2nd round on F2F
Instead he should have drop my candidature
I would be very happy 😊
Overall a worst experience with him 😔
HR team and manager finance are very friendly 🤝
Please do not repeat these kind of behaviour 🧐 If you are not happy with candidate ⏩ simply you can reject him on basis of technical ground as well
