"Unprofessional Company Playing with Candidates' Emotions"
I had a disappointing experience with this company’s recruitment process. After being asked to complete an assessment within a day—which I did—I was informed that I cleared the first round. However, for the next 20 days, I kept receiving updates from their HR saying the panel was unavailable. Later, I was abruptly told that the position had already been filled. This was never communicated earlier, and when I tried to seek clarification, the behavior from some HR members was dismissive and unprofessional.
This experience reflects poor candidate management and communication practices. Companies should respect candidates’ time and effort and ensure transparency throughout the hiring process.
