1st interview with essay and summary to write. Engineering background will by influence to be place into the technical service engineer role.
2nd interview with abstract, verbal, maths test. Final interview is tough and challenging

2nd round: 2 hour 30 mins psychometric/reasoning test followed by interview (30 mins)

3 rounds
1) Some psychometric tests and essay questions to test your IQ and ability to write.
2) interview by HR + cross divisional managers. This tests more on your ability to speak well and answer some questions about your resume and how you can contribute to the company.
3) final round with the SVP of HR plus a higher level management (VP). More of a final screening for the management to decide which position is suitable for you.
