      En 4 étapes : visio RH, visio N+1, étude de cas + présentiel, prise de référence Je me suis arrêtée à l’étape 2 que je pensais où le déroulement se passait bien car la personne en face de moi me disait clairement c’est ce qu’elle recherche quand j’énonçais mes missions. Pour à la fin me dire, qu’elle se sentait fautive car elle voulait au final une présentation plus courte et que je lui posais pas des questions du type « je ne vous perds pas, vous arrivez à suivre » et qu’elle a peur que je ne fasse pas ce genre de commentaire auprès d’un client. Entretien et client sont 2 choses différentes, je ne sais pas si cette personne a déjà fait des entretiens auparavant car faire l’éloge du candidat pour ensuite dire non, c’est incompréhensible et c’est dommage
