Skillbase Manager Service Management interview questions

The company seems very fishy in too many ways. Firstly, it's a BU based company which claims to pay in USD on a daily rate. Initially it was presented as a 12 months contract and eventually becomes a 6 months contract instead. The client that this company presents is changed from Company A and eventually switched to be talking about Company B. The company do not have any employment with SG and was suggested they would either work with a SG based payroll company or I am to setup a company where my salary would be credited into. All in all, it totally don't make employment sense.
