Simple you could tell by the questions asked the doctor and staff were hard to work for. No background check or reference check. Nothing! They needed a warm body due to the fact she can't keep staff high turnover.

What do you see yourself doing in 5 years. Can you work with a rude And difficult doctor. Do you get your feelings hurt easily. Can you work with an office full of gossiping girls.

Interview
It was with the office manager and it was very calm. She asked questions that were to help her understand how you handle situations that may be out of your comfort zone. She does not make you feel uncomfortable whatsoever. The interview was smooth and brief and t the point. Simple things about the job was discussed without giving away too much information.
